Kaya Clinic Loyalty Program
Membership Eligibility
To join the Kaya Clinic Loyalty Program, customers need to spend a minimum of Rs. 3,000. This initial spend qualifies you for our Silver tier, setting you on a path to greater rewards and benefits as you continue to invest in your skincare journey with us.
Loyalty Tiers
Our loyalty program features four distinct tiers, each offering increasing levels of rewards and benefits:
Silver Tier
Threshold: Rs. 3,000
Rewards: No points are given at this entry level. However, it's the stepping stone to higher tiers with greater rewards.
Tier Validity : 12 months. If you do not meet the spending criteria, you will be downgraded out of the program.
The Silver tier is perfect for new customers beginning their journey with Kaya Clinic. It allows you to experience our services and products, setting the foundation for future upgrades.
Gold Tier
Threshold: Rs. 15,000
Rewards: Earn 40 Skin Miles for every Rs. 100 spent, which is worth Rs. 4.
Points Validity: 24 months. Accumulate points and redeem them for exclusive offers and discounts.
Tier Validity: 12 months.
The Gold tier offers more substantial rewards, making it ideal for regular customers who frequently invest in their skincare. The points you earn can significantly reduce your future spending on Kaya Clinic services.
Gold Elite Tier
Threshold: Rs. 30,000
Rewards: Earn 50 Skin Miles for every Rs. 100 spent, which is worth Rs. 5.
Points Validity: 24 months. Enjoy the flexibility to use your points over a longer period.
Tier Validity: 12 months.
The Gold Elite tier is for our dedicated customers who choose Kaya Clinic as their primary skincare partner. The enhanced points accumulation rate means more value back for every rupee spent.
Platinum Tier
Threshold: Rs. 60,000
Rewards: Earn 60 Skin Miles for every Rs. 100 spent, which is worth Rs. 6.
Points Validity: 24 months. Maximize your savings with the highest points earn rate.
Tier Validity: 12 months.
The Platinum tier is the pinnacle of our loyalty program, reserved for our most loyal and frequent customers. It offers the highest rewards and ensures you get the most value from your spending.
Membership Upgradation and Downgradation
Upgradation
Members will be upgraded to a higher tier based on their spending over the past 12 months.
E.g.: If a gold member has spent Rs. 40,000 in Jun’23 and Rs. 22,000 in Dec’23, then he/she will be upgraded to Platinum Tier in Dec’23
Downgradation
Members will be evaluated for a downgrade after 12 months if they do not meet the spending criteria for their current tier.
E.g.: If a platinum member has just spent Rs. 40,000 in the period Jun’22 to May’23, he/she will be downgraded to Gold Elite Tier in Jun’23
Points Allocation
Points are updated in the system every 10 minutes.
Points earned have a validity of 24 months.
