Membership Eligibility
To join the Kaya Clinic Loyalty Program, customers need to spend a minimum of Rs. 3,000. This initial spend qualifies you for our Silver tier and opens the door to greater rewards and benefits.
Loyalty Tiers
Platinum Tier
Highest Rewards- Threshold: Rs. 60,000
- Rewards: Earn 40 Skin Miles for every Rs. 100 spent, worth Rs. 4.
- Points Validity: 24 months
- Tier Validity: 12 months
The Platinum tier is designed for our most loyal customers, offering maximum rewards and premium loyalty benefits.
Gold Elite Tier
Premium Benefits- Threshold: Rs. 30,000
- Rewards: Earn 30 Skin Miles for every Rs. 100 spent, worth Rs. 3.
- Points Validity: 24 months
- Tier Validity: 12 months

Gold Tier
Popular Choice- Threshold: Rs. 15,000
- Rewards: Earn 20 Skin Miles for every Rs. 100 spent, worth Rs. 2.
- Points Validity: 24 months
- Tier Validity: 12 months
The Gold tier is perfect for regular customers who frequently invest in skincare and wellness services.
Silver Tier
Starter Tier- Threshold: Rs. 3,000
- Rewards: No points are given at this entry level. However, it acts as the stepping stone to higher tiers.
- Tier Validity: 12 months
The Silver tier is ideal for customers beginning their journey with Kaya Clinic and exploring our skincare services.
Membership Upgradation & Downgradation
Upgradation
Members will be upgraded to a higher tier based on their spending over the previous 12 months.
Downgradation
Members will be evaluated for downgrade after 12 months if they do not meet the spending criteria for their current tier.
Points Allocation
- Points are updated in the system every 10 minutes.
- Points earned are valid for 24 months.
