Drink lots of water

All the partying can leave you dehydrated which will cause fatigued and tired skin. Consume as much as water as you can throughout the day. If you are not keen to consume plain water, add some lemon, honey and mint leaves. When you are dehydrated, it is not necessary that you will feel thirsty, but you will notice the difference in your skin once you are adequately hydrated.
