Planning

Always have a goal in mind when you plan. Plan a daily schedule beforehand as it will help you to stay committed to it. Decide which projects are critical and urgent for the growth of business. Delegate work efficiently to the right person.

Avoid multitasking

Most of us think multitasking will easy out the process of managing the tasks. But in fact, it can lead to mistakes and might increase stress. If you are going to write an email while on a call, then you are going to get distracted. This will affect the quality of work. It is advisable to focus on one task at a time.

Stay focussed

Being focussed on work will help you complete the task and meet your deadlines. You can meditate daily for 10 minutes to improve your focus. Always finish one task before you put your hand in other project.

Take a break

Pamper yourself and take a vacation. If you work too much then that can also cause a burn out, eventually lead to decline in productivity. Vacation will help you to re-energize and bring in a work-life balance. Spending time with your loved ones will also encourage you to perform better.

Last but not the least; have be passionate about your work. If you do not love what you do, then your efforts will not reap results.
