We have always encouraged you to head to the gym and we know how difficult it is to take out time for it. At times you have to hit the gym in the morning before you head to work. While there are times you have to go to the gym right before a night out. So how to do you still manage to look good after you have been all sweaty and look messy?

We have few suggestions wherein you can still work out and look good post your rigorous cardio!

  • Tie up your hair while at the gym. This way it will not pick up too much of sweat. Have a towel handy to wipe off excess of sweat. Keep your hands off from your sweaty face as it can lead to acne. Also you can blot off the sweat using wipes or tissues.
  • Post your work out, loosen up your hair and let it down. Let it breathe as it will reduce the oil production and dry up the sweat on your scalp. If your gym has a shower facility, head for it and just rinse your hair.
  • Use disposable body wipes which are easily available at most chemist stores. These wipes get rid of excess oil from your skin. Most of them are gentle and can be used on your face, while others can be used all over your body.
